OUR METHODOLOGY

At Presage, we prefer to use a mixed methods approach to client research where ever possible.

We combine non-disruptive, quantitative questionnaires and qualitative interview approaches to collect data and target the unique operational risks of your organization. The outputs of this collaborative process are translated into lasting, tangible policies and procedures, specific to your workforce.

Led by our doctoral-level research team, our methods are scientifically rigorous, while designed to be flexible to suit the needs and makeup of our clients' organizations. As a Presage client, your study is designed specifically for your organization and your needs. We have led projects for organizations consisting of thousands of employees across numerous levels and types of work, as well as for highly specialized organizations consisting of fewer than 20 employees. In some cases, a predominantly quantitative approach is warranted. In others, an in-depth, qualitative deep-dive into the lived experiences within an organization produces the most useful data. In almost all cases, a combination of both quantitative and qualitative data gives us the most complete picture of your organization's strengths and areas for improvement.

Our team processes and critically analyzes all the data we collect, presenting our clients with professional reports that facilitate both visual and technical understanding of the findings stemming from our targeted, empirical assessments. Supported by our best-suited Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), we then collaboratively develop data-driven mitigation and intervention recommendations with our clients and assist with the implementation and ongoing monitoring of these policies and practices.
